Finalizing the Chapter Synopsis

Well, I'm off!

I'm been working nonstop on finalizing the chapter synopsis for my new book Teaching Emerging Learners. (I haven't yet decided if it is 'emerging learners or readers')

I am not going to reveal too much about it as I hate talking a book to its death. All I am going to say is that it has been a real process trying to find the real heart of this book.

I try and write a good 4-5 hours each day. But in order to do that, you need to have a good chapter synopsis.

Well, I've been working on mine for two months now on and off. Having a clear concise chaper synopsis is the prerequisite for any major writing project. It's best to start bit by bit or 'bird by bird' if you want to experience any real growth.

Real writing involves a search for discovery and real growth. If a writer doesn't experience this, then the process isn't real.

Since I find the process all-inspiring, I decided to start afresh with the New Year and post tidbits of my process starting with today's post. Hopefully, I'll post as frequently as possible. For all educators teaching readers or readers-to-be out there, this book is a real must have!

Wish me Luck!
